for over 2 decades as a consultant for both start-ups and major clothing companies.

Nikia Shanard’s unique talent and modern vision have fueled the creation of Toil & Leisure as well as several 

other luxury brands sold throughout the US and internationally. As CEO and Director, he brings a balance of 

brand developer and fashion designer, and a personal vision to paint a picture, convey a message, and 

leave an impression.
